The 3+1+1 is a unique program with a collaborated effort from two top ranking Universities - NMIMS and Virginia Tech, USA. It aims at developing skilled professionals with a blend of Computer, Data science along with Business skills.
The program gives an opportunity to students to earn Three Degrees - B. Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering (Data science) from NMIMS, BS (Cybersecurity Management and Analytics) from Pamplin School of Business: Virginia Tech, USA by transferring credits earned by students at NMIMS and a MS ( Business Administration) with concentration in Business Analytics from Pamplin School of Business: Virginia Tech, USA. - Potential to earn BS (STEM Program) & MS degrees from Virginia Tech, USA.
- Opportunity for OPT for 3 years in USA, after completion of the program as per prevalent rules
- Admission to MS program based on GPA in the BS program and not on GRE/GMAT
- Program will help graduates to apply modern computer science practices in data science, cyber security management as per business needs in the International market
- Program enables graduates to acquire and demonstrate the required skills in order to be a competent employee to handle challenging roles and enjoy career success with maximum growth and satisfaction
